Meet Glenn P. Scharf
Glenn wrote Real Men Change Diapers™ after four decades in financial services taught him that the toughest challenges men face aren't found on a balance sheet — they're found at home. He's a Certified Financial Fiduciary™, founder and CEO of Scharf Group, LLC, and founder and publisher of ProsperUS Press, LLC.
The book grew out of Glenn's own stretch between raising three kids and stepping in for his aging parents, a role reversal with his father that reshaped how he thinks about what it means to show up for the people who depend on you. Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs and a graduate of Ursinus College, Glenn relocated his family, and his parents, to Sarasota, Florida in 2014.
He believes real manhood is measured by the strength of the foundation you build for the people counting on you.
